....and try Coach Nelson's boxing or kickboxing class just once. Honestly, you will be hooked! I've been training with Coach Nelson for over 2 months. Although I have private training, I also take the classes when I can. The classes are challenging and fun and the instructors, led by Coach Nelson, are awesome! Believe me, the workout is brutal but you feel amazing afterward!
