We used Fiber Solutions to troubleshoot a data drop in one of our clients offices in Fort Myers. They did everything they could to remedy the issue short of replacing the drop all-together. We sent a request for them to return last Thursday, exchanged some e-mails regarding the materials needed and gave them the go-ahead to order the materials and schedule a re-dispatch accordingly. The last e-mail stated I should receive a call from them the next day to discuss further. Never received the call. Sent a follow-up e-mail on the following Wednesday requesting a status update. Received nothing back. Sent another e-mail the next Friday morning and was replied back that they are now too busy and cannot help with this request any further.... I would have been ok with that if they told us that was the case when we were speculating materials the week before. Advising a customer a week and a day after that fact, and leaving them under the impression they are working on things when in fact they did nothing is completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
