we lived at greenpark for 4 years and it was hell first they went through at least 5 managers in thiose 4 years then they are not very professional we had a pipe burst and flood our appt. we were givin a free months rent for the inconviennce then they changed managers and they billed us for the damage then they never would give us a lease but when we moved they said we broke the lease that we didnt even have and they are tring to get us to pay for that months rent .we did give a 30 day notice of us moveing .we did have some damage occure and we paid for all of it. they didnt even fix what they were supposed to but we paid then we were trying to get some of our sec, deposit back but they tried to say that because of the carpet (which wasnt even new when we moved in) that we have to pay for a new carpet . i culd go on for hours about this sorry place but ill close . i just want people to know what kind of place this is .we even had a meth lab blow up there so stay far away from there
