We were forced into getting a central heating and a/c unit from ICP because that's all George Brazil had in stock during a heat wave 5 years and 6 weeks ago. After it was installed, we found out it didn't meet the energy requirements for rebates, and 6 weeks out of the 5 year warranty, the compressor failed.
Now we find out that George Brazil didn't install it with correct clearances, and we're really screwed.
No more George Brazil, and no more ICP products for us, ever....
