I had a simple job that needed to be done, re-stuff pillow cushions. I took them in on a Tuesday morning and was told they'd be read Wed. afternoon. They were not. I was then told they'd be ready Thursday morning. I went to pick them up Thursday afternoon to be on the safe side. They were not ready. I was finally able to pick them up Friday afternoon, without even receiving a courtesy call that they were finally finished. Nor did I receive an apology for the delay, just an excuse that they ""are very busy"". I was charged twice the amount another business quoted me.
