Sarah told me I would not get hungry because of the HCG, and she was right. I also worried that I would lay awake at night with hunger pangs, but I slept better than ever. I did need to cut back on cardio and strength training as my body wasn't being fueled enough to maintain the level I had been doing. This did not impact my weight loss. I would recommend this diet because of its limited duration, very specific food list and guaranteed weight loss. I have changed the way I eat which has enabled me to maintain my weight loss.
