On the hottest day the summer had to offer, my thermostat went out. I contacted Sarkinen just before the close of the business day and was told ""you will hear from someone first thing in the morning"". I figured I would receive a phone call when they opened the next day. To my surprise I did not hear from someone, rather, they were knocking at the front door! My thermostat was fixed and I was up and running in no time. What an incredibly pleasant surprise! The crew was careful to check their feet, they were courteous and kind, and got the job done for a reasonable rate. Outstanding company. Absolutely stellar.
