DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Doesn't deserve a star but have to give at least one!! Been having internet issues with Northland for several months, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Recently called to complain about the internet not working very much, they said that a tect would call back to set up a time to come by and fix the problem. After nearly a month (28 days) we had to call again since we had never received a call from the tect and now the internet wasn't working at all for the last four days. (always seems to happen on a Friday night so that you get the run around all weekend since it's not normal business hours). Northland Cable in Sandpoint cannot handle the amount of customers they have and their tects are seriouly overworked since it always takes at least 2 weeks for any kind of action from them. Needless to say we will be switching to another company. I seriouly suggest looking into other companies for these services. more
