Have only enjoyed one meal at Carino's. From now on we will be regulars. Just read a review in Austin American Statesman re the Recipe Originator chef...Pieterson. The ability to adjust the recipes for special-needs-patrons is most advantageous to us. My husband has only one remaining kidney and it is in Stage 4 kidney disease. Can't wait to give it a try in San Marcos, Tx since that is the closest. We love Italian food...and have been very limited. Thank you.
