My daughter (15) has lupus, we went in for a scalp infection that was taking chunks of hair out of scalp - daughter losing hair quickly - I asked DR. if it was ring worm... doctor said no - $500 and 5 wks later biopsy and all and still only a vague it's pointing to psoriasis but it wasnt - had to go to St Lukes Urgent Care - ... IT'S RINGWORM - that can be looked at through a wood lamp (black light) not a biopsy. - BEWARE ... DOCTOR MIGHT KNOW SOMETHINGS ABOUT $$$WRINKLES - any doctor that goggles your childs condition in front of you to see what it is - RUN FOR THE FIRST EXIT AND GO TO A REAL DOCTOR.
