WOW! What horrible customer service. Made a purchase and asked about return policy. Was told only store credits given. Perfect. We loved the selection anyway. Well, upon return was told none of the items could be returned. What??? Purchased dress and shoes. Tried on dress, did not fit correctly. Tried on ONE shoe, did not like the look. Was told both had been worn...WORN. Worn?? HARDLY! When customers try on items at the store, are they forced to now purchase them?? Sorry. Won't be coming back, and will be sure to pass along our experience to EVERYONE we know with kids. Thanks and have a great day, with no customers!
