buyer beware, once you pay for the part you're on your own. 8/30/2011

we purchased a 30,000 mile engine from these guys, paid with a credit card on the day of order. a full week later, we had not received the engine. we called to check on it and were informed they had not even begun pulling it from the car yet. 3 days later, the engine finally shows up and due to the fact they supported the entire weight of the engine on the oil pan for shipping, it showed up severely damaged. when i called them to address the problem, i was informed they could possibly find me another oil pan but beyond that it was my problem. i tried to explain the fact that my customer just spent 1400.00 for a good, complete, low mileage engine that would now have to have repairs prior to being installed(and increase the repair cost). i also explained that the oil pan on the old engine was fine, and i didnt need a pan, i needed them to step up to the plate and take care of the cost of the repair as it was their fault since they crated the thing up. their response was if i want a oil pan they would try to find one, beyond that they weren't willing to do anything to rectify the situation. don't buy anything from these guys you can't either see and pick up in person to verify the condition or be able to eat the part when it shows up and is damaged or junk. worst customer service i've ever encountered.
