I have been a patient under Dr. Petterson for about two years. I really like Dr. Petterson, but the office is not as professional. After my first visit I received an invoice in the mail - when I tried calling to pay it no one answered in the finance/accounting dept. I left voicemails to return my call so I could pay it, but never got a response. So my next visit I took care of it (about 6 months later).
After my second visit I waited to hear from the nurse with results. No one ever called me to report any results - I had to call the clinic to find out. Usually a clinic will call and leave a message to inform you that results are back.
When the time came for my third visit I no longer lived in Katy. I forgot to find a new OB GYN in my new city. My prescription had run out and the pharmacy contacted the office to see if they would allow for a refill, they stated I would have to come in for another annual. I called the WS of Katy office to speak to a nurse about getting me one more month's refill to give me time to find a new doctor. I still have not heard from Dr. Petterson's nurse.
