The estimate was inaccurate and off by $240. Owner said previous employee ""missed a $40 item"" on the original estimate and wanted ME to pay for it from a ""revised estimate"". Then, the mechanic broke a light clip removing a tail light to repair the damage listed on the estimate (tail light originally not involved) and I had to pay $200 for HIS error. Owner says ""estimates"" are just that - a 'guess at what needs fixing' and he can't be held liable for parts that routinely break upon removal to get to the part his mechanic is repairing. I believe OWNER SCAMS COLLEGE STUDENTS so please think twice about using this business if you are a student. Unprofessional and disreputable. Wouldn't have even rated with one star but can't give zero stars on review. Check BBB because I'm filing with them too. STEER CLEAR of Steve-he should be ashamed.
