Does anybody know a good shuttle company for the trip JFK to Phila?
My Mom used the Dave?s Best?.
We were misquoted the price, all people except for Tony were rude and slow, they managed to screw up the address every time I called they could not find the reservation, the car for the first pick up was two hours late (going to the JFK), driver overcharged my mother and did not give her a receipt, and the best for the last, they FORGOT to pick my mother up on her return! Manager was afraid to talk to me, sent Tony. I was nice and polite, I wonted to make a point and ask for the partial refund (do not forget we were overcharged too) but as you can guess they do not do refunds.
Sadly a very poor service.
The way they treat customers I guess they do not need us.
