MY EXPERIENCE WITH PAUL AT BILL CURRIE FORD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! 8/23/2011

My vehicle was hit as a result of rear-end collision, first accident ever, vehicle was towed to Bill Currie(on July 25) and was helped by Paul in the collision dept. I attempted to pick up my vehicle on Aug 8.. I was not walked out to vehicle- when I opened the front passenger side door, there was a side panel inside was completely wide open and the check engine light was on.... left my vehicle there, was called the next day by Paul to be told that I had a number of other items that were wrong with the vehicle related to fuel pump and fuel system and that the adjuster would have to be contacted... another day went by and I was told that "I reset the check engine light and we did not address the issues" WOW! I was shocked that they were not even going to do anything about it...but oh well, I guess. After multiple phone calls and arguements NOTHING was done... 9 days later I picked up my vehicle on Aug 18 I had to wait in the lobby for a half an hour while the all of service guys looked at something terribly funny on the computer... My vehicle was COMPLETELY out of gas, "How Nice". The car was filthy inside ... grease everywhere.... and there were ants all over the place inside...
