Apartments are mediocre, noise levels outrageous. Any issues require multiple calls to staff and service requests before average work is completed. If you want anything done correctly, you're going to have to walk the staff through the process step-by-step. Most things required a reminder from us to the point where we felt as if we should have been on staff. Scheduled a final walk in, 30 minutes after appointment, called to remind them to actually show up. Received bill at end of lease, called to remind them of the FLOOD that we had in the apartment and the damage it caused. Wouldn't wish the issues that this place caused us on our worst enemy.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from UDR apartments; they cause more pain than they are worth.
