After many years of having this service we recently terminated with them due to the customers service of Connie LaTega (customer service agent) and others. I had a major medical injury and was hospitalized and missed my payment. Allied added a late fee and another fee before I could even get my mail opened.. I called and spoke to Connie LaTega and got what I thought was a good response. ""You have been an excellent long-time customer and we want to keep you"" She stated she would check with her boss and get back to me. No call back, and ANOTHER fee. All said Allied added three additional fees. Calls to resolve the issue have been ignored. We finally gave up after three voicemails to her. We have cancelled Allied and switched to another provider. Our neighborhood does not have an HOA but we do meet monthly and discuss things like the services we all use/ We will be offering a promotional deal by our new provider and intend to see that all the homes in our small neighborhood make the switch away from Allied. Believe the reviews you see here. This company is aggressive in marketing and cheaper than some but falls short in service.
