My elderly parents purchased carpeting from this company and had it installed last week. We are very upset because after the carpet was installed my Mom noticed that it was the wrong quality of carpet. When she called, the salesperson was extremely rude to her and blamed the problem on her. She has a heart problem and it made her very ill and upset.
