I booked Trotter for my big day,chose their video along with the photography. 2 days ago we received our pictures,the quality is great,but thats the only thing good about them,in half the pictures all you see is closed eyes,double chin when none of ur are that big ,the pictures are just not flattering and taken from very bad angles.out of 800 something pictures i can choose about 10 of my bridal group and myself that are okay and our eyes were not closed.attention to detail is very bad,the spot where the pictures were taken, had a construction site on the left to it,and this is all you see in the pictures....a true photographer would have found ways to move us or anything at all.Video ....is sooo bad,no music to it...just bad....i was told that i should have had my 12 year old cousin tape it,and it would have been so much better,the editing on it is horrible,it stops and moves to the most akward parts that it just doesnt synch in with the previous scene....the whole day i felt rushed by the photo and video so much,that it shows in my pictures.....my photos and video is ruined,and im embarrased to show it to my friends and family. the photographer was Bibi and Videographer Gary and some other guy not sure who he just kind of showed up without introducing himself.the trotter we chose was the one on Manchester....personally i wouldnt not recommend them.i should have paid 2000 more and gotten someone better.
