If you want to be insulted, speak with the manager there who claimed to personally make two 12" loaded Philly subs. I know the difference between cooked fat and gristle. When I called to report the disgusting gristle to Stumpy's, the pompus manager claimed he chopped the steak used to make the subs and that there was no gristle and hung up on me. Not only have I saved the gristle but wish to let the owner know that due to the complete lack of customer service and acknowledgement to my complaint, I will no longer eat from Stumpy's again. Cutbacks are one thing but the possibility of broken teeth is another!
