We contracted with this local flooring company at the beginning of 2011 and have most sincerely lived to regret it. We purchased both tile and bamboo flooring from the company. It was laid by the company's "best" sub-contractor. Their "best" had never previously laid a wood floor. The result for us was four very inexpertly laid wood floors which show gaps and damage done during installation by the sub-contractor. The sub also left glue all over the wood floors in full knowledge that glue left on wood flooring damages the surface beyond any repair except refinishing. The grout used to finish the tile installation has already dried and cracked in the six months since the job was finished. The company's owner, Kim Black, is non-responsive to any and all requests for help, not bothering to even respond to a BBB complaint. Think long and hard before contracting with this business. Many reputable and trust-worthy businesses exist in Vero Beach. Designer's Touch Flooring unfortunately just isn't one of them.
