The person or dare I say woman who answers the phone there is so rude. She treated me impolitely over a miscommunication between herself and my insurance company, failed to give me important information for my tow and purposely made me wait to get a driver when my tow was rescheduled. (This I confirmed with the driver) The driver was great however it is obvious that this company could care less about customer service and honestly I would pay more and wait longer to give my money to someone who appreciates it especially in this economy. I hate knowing they made money from my business and were so rude. I made sure my insurance company knew about it so that they would find better service that is reflective of their own customer service standards.
