After the tension spring on my garage broke with an alarming bang, it was even difficult to manually raise and lower the garage door. Fortunately, I found "I Know a Guy." I called him the next morning, he called back as promised by early afternoon, and came out by late afternoon. When he realized he was missing a part, he cheerfully drove 10 miles back into town for it. The garage was fixed in no time for a reasonable price. I will recommend "I Know a Guy" to anybody who needs garage door repair. This guy goes out above and beyond to help his customers.
