Well, I actually have been through a couple of other heating and ventilation companies which I had some poor experiences with, both in service and workmanship. Glendale Heating came to correct a warranty issue that one of the other companies walked away from. They came in and actually even offered to see if they could cover it through a Lennox warranty. They actually put the extra effort to basically fight for me and get the thing covered. They went out of their way to take care of me as a new customer.
