I have been coming to this salon for about five years now. The service is always great, the stylists are all very nice and do nice work, however the management is lacking. I received color and highlights, and a blowdry. When I went to pay, I saw that I had been charged for the blowdry - something I thought was included free of charge. When I complained about this, the manager refused to refund the money for the blowdry, and was very unhelpful. When I told her I would not be coming back if this was the way I would be treated, she simply said "i'm sorry." Amazing that they'd rather lose a long-time client than give back the small amount of money spent on the blow-dry. I will not be returning. more
