I've entrusted Wendy for the last year+ without as much as one single hiccup. She's always on time, and is exceptionally professional, yet very personable. She listens, and makes suggestions when warranted, but is not pushy like so many other salons can be. It's like getting your hair done by your good friend who just happens to be amazing at their chosen line of work. She's trained 2 new assistants over the last few months and both are great. I'm sure Wendy's mentoring has had a lot to do with this. I'm a CMT and am SUPER hard to please when someone else works on me. Wendy's new assistant not only gave me a wonderfully relaxing shampoo, but her neck massage gave me goose bumps in a good way. I HIGHLY recommend Wendy and the folks at Lux if you're looking for a new hair guru. I just have to say something regarding the funky review above - if you are unhappy about your service, why wouldn't one have the class to simply speak up and at least give the business a fair chance to correct a problem? Someone needs to put their big girl panties on. To write a review and blind-side a professional like that is just wrong in my opinion. I love my stylist and have sent many new clients to her - every single one of them have been 110% happy with their results and the service received. Thanks Wendy!
