Thank you for caring of my experience at your salon, for that fact alone and the fact that Betina Mammone is a fantastic hair stylist, I am giving an average rating, otherwise, it would have been not as favorable. after being sent 6 emails confirming my appointment at 6pm,I called to ask if there was anyway to be seen a bit earlier. Your staff could not find my appointment until 7pm. This was strange to me due to how many confirmations I had recieved, They did accomodate me after waiting 10 minutes on the phone and made my appointment for 4pm. I was thankful, however Betina was confused,she had me down now for only a hair cut, not color with the new time. Of course Betina being the ultimate professional, said, no problem, she would do color as well. What she meant is her assistant would do it. Her assistant was lovely however after almost 2 hours of application and processing, I was still at your salon until 6pm before my 15 minute haircut with Betina. I appreciate a busy business, I am a business owner myself and relish in a busy atomoshphere. Busy is one thing,chaos is another. This is the 3rd time I have tried to use your salon all different years and stylists but still the same belief, you are too expensive for an atmosphere of a mall. Sorry, I won't be back...love Betina and wish her much success as do I for you in your expansion.
