It gets old when you arrive early for an appointment and have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. I'm not sure what happened over the years with the quality of the new hires. Not the same dental office I once knew where I used to be seen on time and the staff truly cared about the service they provided. It is no longer welcoming and a bit uncomfortable, especially when the hygienist spends an entire hour trying to figure out why my gums are red and proceeds to diagnose the situation as poor health and possibly heart related.
