I get my hair done here only because my slylist is still here after nearly 10 years. The salon itself is ok. However, the rest of the staff is kind of stand-offish. They don't let you add tip to your credit card. The shampooers, while nice, wear rubber gloves so they can't monitor water temp. And really, rubber gloves and wet hair just don't mix so The shampoo experience is hardly relaxing. So, really, if it weren't for my stylist, I'd probably find another salon.
