I loved your previous hygienist, Kelly. Had a cleaning with Julie. She is friendly/nice. I found her technique to be a little abrasive, and she hurt my gums. In addition, the water from the tool was constantly showering my face. She seemed a little inexperienced. At the end of the cleaning,I noticed one of her laytex gloves on the ground. I love, love Dr. Fuller and his staff! I am sorry, but Julie really made me want to find another dentist. I have always found his staff to be very competent and skilled. I just found Julie to be a little lacking in my expectations for this office. Sorry!
