This was my very first experience at Body and Sol. I had set up an appointment to get my make-up and lashes done , with Sherri. I had gotten a phone confirmation the day before. I showed up to find out, that Sherri had left for the day. Someone else would do my make-up. I waited 20 more minutes. Putting on the false eyelashes took 30 minutes alone, the woman let me know that I was difficult and said, "I knew I was going to get someone like you today..." When I was done, I thought I didn't look anything like the picture I had brought in and my lashes were covered with eyeshadow. I left feeling unsatisfied and insulted. The whole experience was unprofessional and a waste of time.
