sadly, my last visit will likely be my last. reasons for my decision to NOT return: 1. during each and every facial, I've been pushed to buy products from the spa. I do not have bad skin, aside from a few blackheads, my skin is clear and I'm told so, but then pushed to buy products in the spa. This is not relaxing it's very uncomfortable. 2. costs of facials have increased over the years. I'm not happy with the increased cost of services for what they are. I feel they are over priced for the over all spa visit. 3. Here's a tip .... DON'T ask if I want to add 20% tip to the bill. that is rude to ask for a specific amount and presumptious.
