Hi there, I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for more than 10 years and always love Dr. Lin and his staff. As usual, my recent visit experience is good. The only thing I have a question is about changing to another assistant for polishing after my cleansing was done. It's understandable of the waiting time when one part of work done before another begins. But why cleaning and polishing need to involve multiple persons? I don't know if this is a new regular routine or just my particular case since I'd continue the work for my crowns after cleansing. Thanks for asking the feedback and listening to patients.
