There was a new hygenist there, so some of my appointments got rescheduled for this new lady. I wasn't told about it prior, so I was dissapointed. Not to mention she was rude. The new girl at the front was not very attentive, no one tried to reschedule for our next appointment when we were leaving. I eventually went up and got the appointments rescheduled, although I'm not sure I'm going to keep them. I didn't even get a report on how Grayson or Skylars teeth were or if they needed any further work. It may not be just the new staff, but I have been going to 380 family dental since October, and it has always been such a good experience. This time was very dissapointing and makes me want to look somewhere else, maybe closer to my home. I didn't mind the drive because of the great environment and service. But I don't want to keep that drive up if the new way of doing things is have this "get 'em in and get 'em out" attitude.
