Diane was pleasant, efficient and made the cleaning experience was fine especially for someone who does not enjoy these visits. However. the timing of the appointment was off by at least 25 minutes if not more. This is disappointing. Perhaps if you are running behind you should consider trade offs to balance the experience. Example ~ I had a MD appointment at Newton Wellesley Hospital yesterday where the MD was running behind by 25 minutes. To make up for the time I waited they paid for my parking which was a $10 value but invaluable as they acknowledged they were the culprit. THat's customer service! Consider options to be the best you can be with customer service. Thank you.
