I had a recent experience here that has left a sour taste in my mouth. The service is always phenomenal, but when I was last there I left a watch behind after my heavenly massage and I know I left it there because I remember taking it off before my massage. I called 10 mins after I had left and there was no answer ( I was the last appointment of the night). I called first thing in the morning and was told that they would look around and speak with the night manager and call me back later. I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I decided to call them, the same girl who answered the first time that I had called answered again this time and when I asked about my missing watch she acted as though I was bothering her and said "NO WE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING!" and basically hung the phone up WTF... Guilty conscious MAYBE???
I am sure she is the one wearing my watch right NOW!!!
I have spent so much money at this spa ( usually go 2-3 times per month), but they just lost a very LOYAL customer that used to rave about them.
So Sad!
