This company is unethical and dishonest. Instead of sending one of their employees to mitigate my water damage, they sent a freelancer and never advised me that the person was NOT licensed and bonded. When the water damage was not properly addressed and mold developed, Carlos Sarasti disavowed any responsibility despite the fact that he was the person who sent the crew to my home. His actions cost me over $15,000 in damages. If you care about your home, find someone else!!
