Hearthstone has steadily gone down hill over the past few years while their rates increased. We were over billed by Hearthstone, Inc during my mother's last months. The local manager, billing department and corporate refuse to acknowledge or reply to phone calls or letters. I am considering small claims court but their is a clause in the contract that seems to deny you that right.\r
