Not a company I would recommend, I purchased 14windows to be installed, 2 out of the 14 were not the ones we had ordered when I informed the owner he said it wasn't his fault, and charged us extra to have the ones we originally ordered. Then to top it off the remaing windows were also not the ones I wanted. Apparently, I didn't specify between the 8 pane double hung and the 6 pane double hung windows. I had noooo idea what the heck the difference was. I just showed him what I wanted, by pointing it out to him. My neighbors directly across from me had the windows I wanted. So when I called to inform him that the windows were not what I had anticipated, he said he couldn't do anything about it and that if I wanted something else I would have to pay more. But he was sooo generous as to offer a small discount on top of what I had already paid. He was not cooperative at all, had no empathy, and flat out didn't care. Extremely unprofessional!! So I receive a letter in the mail, asking if I would write a review, and in return I would receive a $10 dollar gift card, after this review I don't think I will be getting my 10 bucks, and that's ok!!!!
