This company as a whole is horrible. The sales people are commssion based. Once you pay the service stops there. When something goes wrong, you get an honest technican who tells you it's broke, tries to fix it himself and if you have complaints you are referred to an 800 number. Noone has to face you. Noone has to help you.
The 800 # people are rude and mouthy and basically let you know that they aren't going to do anything about it and you are stuck with what you have. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to help me and I am still stuck with a broken bed that was delivered and installed wrong and a mattess that is falling apart because of it.
There is no managers, no escallation department, no customer service at all. Sure the showroom is pretty but boy oh boy, if this is what pretty get's me I will pass! Next time, I will spend more and go down the street! Sprintz, American Signature, Ashley.. ANYWHERE BUT ROOMS TO GO!!!
