Compared to big book store chains, I have to say the amount of personal customer service you get at the Bookmark is rare and nice to experience. The book readings are very popular and fun to attend with many well known names on the agenda. I have always received quality customer service . At one book reading where I attended with friends and their children, the owner graciously took by books to be signed and picked up later since children don't have the patience to stand still in a line. That is quality service!!!
