They charge more for you to get your car out on a Sunday then to leave it until Monday. Cars are not protected during their incarceration. There are signs in their windows full of profanity (those "cute" little collectors signs). There was one guy that they took his $100 bill and were supposed to bring back his change of $25 for not towing his car and leaving it there after they had already picked it up. He never did get his $25 back. They crawl through neighborhoods with their tow bar down (illegal), they don't turn on their lights while taking your car (illegal).. all to sneak off with your car. The owner looks dirty and nasty and was really creepy.
