Good salesmen, but salesmen don't fix your lawn.
You hire them to take care of weeds, your yard is full of crabgrass a year and a half later, yet they call you 3 times a week trying to sell you extra 'shrub protrection' 'degrubbing' or whatever. YOUR NOT DOING YOUR JOB BUT IM GOING TO BUY MORE?
Multiple neighbors have fired them for not actually spraying the yard, just looking to see if anyones watching and putting a bill on the door.
Figured this was overblown until the other day.
7 kids in my backyard playing wiffleball, I saw the truegreen guy pull up. So im waiting until he starts toward the back to hollar to my kids to move it while he sprays..He never goes around back, so they never move. When he leaves, the note (on the bill) says sprayed frong+ back.. charged for 10,000 sq/ft (which is mostly the back yard which he never even looked at).
Find a smaller company that gives a hoot, this one is there to take your money as long as you are dumb enough to let them, liars and thieves.
