This store (#241) is racist! My son in law has worked there for 7 years. He has busted his butt and done the work of a manager to clean up this store (which was a mess before he got there) and earned non-manager wages (just the way they like it). He has applied for Asst. Manager every time it has come available and been looked over every time for someone outside the store with less experience, less tenure. They leave him in charge of the store when the managers are out of town because he knows the position and they trust him. They even go so far as to make him train the new Asst. Managers that they looked him over for! His performance reviews have ALWAYS been stellar! This time, they said that they didn't know he wanted the position. He applied for the dang position!! MORONS!! If he is good enough to run the store in the managers absence and train new Asst. Managers, then why isn't he good enough to hire for the position?
