Called early Monday morning to friendly, helpful receptionist who offered me multiple times that very day to get my air conditioner repaired. She also offered to send e-mail of who was coming for identity purposes. I was called 15 min before arrival and tech was on time, very business like getting right to the job. Quickly identified the problem and repaired it and gave me helpful suggestions to watch for. He was very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and would certainly call them again for a future issue.
