I was so excited when Tim Zimmerman, Landscape Designer, came to our home to quote on a Unilock Patio. But, it quickly turned into a bad experience. He spent an hour at our home discussing options, reviewing photos, pricing, etc; said he would get back to us in a few weeks with drawings. When I called almost 3 weeks later to follow-up, he replied by sending me a text message indicating the drawings were done. But, upon leaving several phone messages later, he never returned my call or followed up to present a quote. Never - - Seriously? I thought this was a professional business. What a real disappointment.\r No longer a Menne Nursery customer. Spread the word!!\r more
