I joined Go Workout in south Lansing several weeks ago. I have found the staff to be friendly and professional and the facilities and equipment top notch. Within two weeks of joining, the front desk staff began greeting me by my first name every time I come in. I have worked with a personal trainer (Kory), doing Cross-Fit training for the past few weeks. Kory is the consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, focused and has used every minute to improve my core strength and cardio. The results in just a short time have been AMAZING.
I have belonged to other workout facilities and I place this one at or near the top. The place is always clean, and fellow members have been friendly and courteous. The track, sauna, whirlpool and tanning that are available at this facility are all just frosting on the cake.
