I had my Heater and A/C unit installed last September and ever since I've been trying to get them to come back to finish up what is still needed.\r
I had scheduled a time for them to come over, I took off work to be there to let them in etc, but then they never showed up. I called to find out that day when they would come and they never returned my call. \r
I called Trane and they said the best thing to do now is to try a different Trane dealer though they won't be under the warranty that the I and the original contractor had signed (for free 1 yr follow up service to fix anything that is still a problem). I might have to pay additional, but at least I might get service. Something I'm not getting from Woodruff and Smith. \r
When they initially installed the system, they were nice but they just have horrible follow up service. I give them 2 stars (instead of 1) since their price was good and initial install was pretty good.
