During planning they disclose insurance information to help with budgeting. Dr. Miller called personally to check on me after I had teeth filled and again when I had my wisdom teeth pulled. How thoughtful! They have a heated toilet for goodness sake! Customer service is king! The front desk staff is kind and patient. I had issues with my CareCredit card (not my fault) and they told me to go home and rest (teeth were just filled), and we took care if it the next day. How considerate! I've never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointment, and I'm usually 10-15 minutes early! These are just good, caring people. Their success is inevitable\r
